By creating an account or using nexus AI Studio ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the Service, abuse rate limits, or use the Service to host unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of projects, drawings and data you create. We retain ownership of the Service and its underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer

Outputs (BOMs, U-values, quotes) are estimates for design assistance and must be verified by qualified professionals before construction.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
